  • When purchasing Z-LION products, can quality or performance meet our demands?

    We are globally renowned in diamond tools industry. If you can’t get suitable products from us, you can’t get that from other china suppliers too. You can have a trial testing of our products and then place your formal order with us.

  • Why no sales price on your website?

    We have many different sizes of each product, the price is different too. So you can select the product and size and then inquiry with us.


  • What is your MOQ? What is the way for sample shipment?

    For our normal products, we don’t have requirement for MOQ. For specified products, the MOQ depends on the production techniques. Normally we send samples by express such as DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.

  • Can you offer free samples?

    We don’t offer free samples. According to our experience, the customers will pay more attention for charged samples.


  • What is the way of payment?

    T/T before shipment. Other way of payment can be negotiated.


  • What shall we do after payment?

    Please inform us or send us the payment slip so that we can arrange production and shipment.


  • How long can be shipped after payment?

    It depends on the quantity. Normally it can be shipped within one week. If it is bulk purchasing or made to order, more lead time is needed. Our sales will contact you and inform you about the lead time.

  • How many days can we expect the products?

    The days vary by different way of shipment, by air, by sea, or by express.

    5-10 days by air, 30-45 by sea.

  • What about the delivery cost?

    We will estimate the total weight and calculate the delivery cost and show that on the invoice.


  • What shall we do if your products can’t work?

    Firstly check if they are installed correctly. Then check if the machine ok or not. Finally check if the operation is correct. If the problem remains, please uninstall the products or change to products of other supplier.

  • How to solve when quality issues arise?

    Please contact us and give us detailed report when there are quality issues. If it is confirmed to be our problem, we will have solution in early time.
